Christine Johnson

Christine joins the ILRR66 as our Member Services Manager and Gift Shop Manager.  She brings her knowledge of museum services and an extensive background in retail and marketing.  She is also a professional photojournalist and event photographer.  A lover of history, Christine is a local public historian and has given history talks and tours on her favorite subject, The Old Joliet Prison.  She has also been featured in a documentary about the Old Joliet Prison, “Project Limestone”.

Christine resides in Joliet with her husband Mike, a lifelong “Joliet Guy”, their dog and two cats.  She spends her spare time enjoying her grandchildren and riding her horses.
