Director of Development & Community Partnerships
The Illinois Rock & Roll Museum on Route 66 is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to help grow sponsorships, donations, memberships, and community partnerships.
This leadership position will cultivate corporate sponsors, individual donors, foundations, and community organizations while serving as an ambassador for the museum throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure sponsorships and fundraising support
- Develop donor and community relationships
- Expand membership and partnership opportunities
- Represent the museum at community and business events
- Support fundraising initiatives and special events
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, sponsorship sales, business development, community relations, or nonprofit development
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to build relationships and achieve goals
